Not sure what is wrong with how your projects run, or where to start? It begins with a free 20-minute discovery call. After a 45-minute review call, a PMP-certified project manager reviews the tools, files and way of working you share and sends you a clear written report within 2 weeks.
The report explains what is slowing your team down, what to fix first and how. It is advice only: the fixing itself is done in an Operations Sprint or a monthly plan. The full CA$350 is credited toward a Sprint booked within 30 days. Only 2 Project Reviews are accepted each month.
