How much does a fractional project manager cost?
MANAGYT's monthly plans start at CA$1,500 for 12 hours of support, with no setup fee. The Growth plan is CA$2,900 for 25 hours and the Scale plan is CA$4,900 for 45 hours. If you only need one problem fixed, the Operations Sprint is a one-time CA$1,050. Not sure where to start? A Project Review costs CA$350.
What is the Operations Sprint?
A fixed-price project of 2 to 4 weeks that fixes one specific problem in how your team works: getting your tasks organized, setting up your project tool, writing step-by-step guides or building a dashboard. It costs CA$1,050, and if you continue with a monthly plan within 30 days, the full amount is credited toward your first month.
What is the Project Review?
A small first step for CA$350. It starts with a free 20-minute discovery call. Then, after a 45-minute review call, MANAGYT reviews how your team plans and tracks its work and sends you a written report within 2 weeks: what is slowing you down, what to fix first and how. It is advice only, with no fixing included, and the full CA$350 is credited toward an Operations Sprint booked within 30 days. Only 2 Project Reviews are accepted each month.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans have no long-term commitment and can be cancelled or paused with 30 days notice.
Do you work with businesses outside Canada?
Yes. MANAGYT is based in Ontario, Canada and works remotely with businesses anywhere in the world, across time zones. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD); if you pay in another currency, the amount is converted at checkout or by your card provider.
Can you work with my team in French?
Yes. Every plan includes support in both English and French, which helps teams that work in both languages or serve French-speaking clients in Canada, Europe, Africa or elsewhere.
Which tools do you work with?
MANAGYT works inside the tools you already use, including Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace. If you don't have a project tool yet, we help you choose and set one up.
Who are the project templates for?
